Our Boiler Protection Program takes one of two approaches - either using separate components, or easy to feed all-in-one programs. Separate components will ALWAYS provide the best cost performance. However, sometimes the ease of feed and handling dictates an all-in-one formulation. In either case, we use the same 21^st Century actives and you will experience the same excellent results - a corrosion & scale free boiler.

Component Programs

• ScaleGon & ScaleGon Plus: Advanced polymer blends to prevent hard, insulating scale on boiler tubes
• OxyGonL, OxyGonP & OxyGonPlus: Catalyzed sulfite oxygen scavengers formulated to rapidly remove corrosive oxygen (and chlorine) from feedwater.
• ALK+ & AlkMax: Sources of hydroxide alkalinity to prevent boiler corrosion.

 All-in-One Programs

• BoilerSave HW: A hard water formulation. Provides oxygen scavenger, scale control polymers and supplemental alkalinity.
• BoilerSave SW: Blended for soft water, low alkalinity makeup. Contains polymers, oxygen scavenger and alkalinity boost.
• BoilerSave LA: A soft water blend similar to BoilerSave SW, with only a small alkalinity boost.
• BoilerSave NA: A soft water blend with no supplemental alkalinity addition.
